Thank you for shopping at Michelangato! Since our chief artist, Dìdi Toro, determines his own prices by walking across a keyboard, we completely understand that buyer's remorse might kick in after you agree to pay a randomly generated, potentially ridiculous sum.

Here is our official policy for cancellations and returns:

1. The Original Masterpieces

• Cancellations: If you change your mind, we offer a 100% full refund with no questions asked, provided you cancel your order before the artwork has been handed over to our shipping partner UPS.

• Final Sale: Because our original canvases are professionally framed and custom-packed by UPS Art Shipping Services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the piece has been shipped.

2. Fine Art Prints (Giclée)

• Final Sale: All print orders are final and non-refundable once they have been processed and shipped.

• Damaged upon Arrival: If your print arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will gladly arrange a replacement for you.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Support To request a cancellation before your order ships, or if you have any issues with your delivery, please email Dìdi's Personal Assistant Kimling Toro immediately at michelangato@gmail.com with your order number.
